Therapeutic Residential Care
PACE-informed and trauma-aware support helps children feel safe, understood and able to develop trust. Staff respond with playfulness, acceptance, curiosity and empathy.
Our services
Our service is designed for children and young people aged 8 to 17 who need safe residential care, emotional support, structure and patient adults who stay alongside them.
Care model
A child's placement is not just accommodation. It is a coordinated system of care, routine, relationships, safeguarding and therapeutic support.
PACE-informed and trauma-aware support helps children feel safe, understood and able to develop trust. Staff respond with playfulness, acceptance, curiosity and empathy.
Our minimum 1:1 staffing ratio, waking night support and consistent routines help young people feel protected throughout the day and night.
We support EHCPs, IEPs and PEPs, liaise with schools and encourage study routines that keep each child connected to learning.
Children are registered with local health services on admission. We support CAMHS collaboration, medication management and health education.
We facilitate and record family contact in line with the care plan, helping children maintain safe relationships that matter to them.
Young people build practical skills through cooking, budgeting, community involvement, self-care and confidence-building routines.
Safeguarding is woven through recruitment, supervision, risk assessment, documentation, training and daily practice.
Human care
Therapeutic care happens during conversations, meals, school runs, difficult evenings and calm mornings. We use clear plans and professional systems, but the work is human at its core.
Children need adults who can hold boundaries without withdrawing warmth. That is the standard we train, supervise and support our team to meet.
